More that 98 pages with Chinese and Enlish text and colour photos to guide you step by step through each recepy.

Mrs. Su-Huei Huang established the "Wei-Chuan Cooking School" in Taiwan in 1963. And more than 200.000 studens from Taiwan and other countries have matriculated in this school through the years and many of the graduates have become popular restaurant owners or chefs all over the world. Mr. Mu-Tsun Lee was born in Taiwan and now lives in Hawaii. He have made countless tv programes on Chinese cooking.

This wonderful cooking school "Wei-Chuan Cooking School" in Taiwan have published a whole series of wonderful cookbooks. They are all written in two languages English and Chinese. The way each dish is described in preparations, explain everything in English is so crystal clear and easy to understand that you, afterwards, might like many western cookbooks to be just that clear.

I love this cooking book called "Chinese Cooking Made Easy".

All the part of China and their different food is representated in this fine cooking book.

The cooking books starts explaning about "some special ingrediences and sauces", "seasoning sauces", "preparing salad sauces", preparing salad dressings", "how to bone a chicken". , "how to cut a whole chicken", "tips for marinating and stir-frying", how to treat beef and pork, shrimp and fish", and with nice colour pictures so you car relate to the different terms.

You will learn how to prepare all food and ingridiences, step by step. And you will learn how to cut the meat and seafood the correct way; and you will learn how to prepare the food in several different ways;
