This is a good book for couples
This is a good book for couples (in my opinion) who are looking to push that envelope a little bit. I could see this being used in conjunction with a Truth or Dare game or just for fun amoungst couples. Some of the questions are not as sexual, ie: "If you had to pick the most difficult good-bye you ever said, what would it be" or "If you had to pick the most romantic moment from any film in history, what would you say?" and then there are plenty that really make you explore how you think/feel about something, ie: "If you could have one of your sexual fantasies come true tomorrow, what would it be and how would you prepare for it?" or "If you were to repeat the most romantic thing anyone has written to you in a letter, what would it be, and by whom?".
I like the book as a 1 on 1 with my wife...it makes us think a little more and I think some of the questions push that trust envelope, in a good way. If you're not secure in your relationship, I wouldn't recommend going through all the questions with your significant other. If you are a secure person, like I said, it could prove to open some doors, gain new knowledge and be of some fun in a multi-couple atmosphere.
As an idea, some of the questions are fun to write down your answers to in another book...then you can come back to them another time and see if your answers still stand. "If you were to name the best place you ever made love, where would you say it was?"
I haven't read or bought any of the other "IF..." books but I may after reading this one.
LOVE the "If" Series!!
I LOVE all the If... series books. Each of the books has a theme and depending on the theme, the books pose great questions to discuss with friends, a significant other, family members, etc. These books get you thinking!
