There only appear to be three books on this topic in the world----and Carol wrote them all! Review #2 Overpriced. Excellent book. However, it should be priced much lower. It was a requested gift, so I paid the price, but I would never pay this much for myself. Review #3 what happened here????? I cannot believe I spent over $20 for this book. It is the first book I ever had that came with a list of typographical errors. This is unacceptable, the publisher should take it back and rewrite those pages with the errors.
