From a master of prep football it covers every angle and breaks the Split 4-4 Defense down with overall philosophy, position-by-position coaching techniques, scouting and game day preperation. If you're considering incorporating the Split 4-4 defense into your prep program, college program or just trying to better understand it this book is for you. The soft cover and size let me pack it along on a trip while I was reading it. Shipping was fast and it showed up at my doorstep in excellent shape.
