Recommended by my Yoga and Ayurvedic teacher, this cookbook has all the guidelines you need for healthy eating. You can combine this kind of diet with your favorite foods, including meat, fish and poultry if you are not vegetarian, and still reap many benefits.

I love this cookbook! The instructions are specific and simple. Out of all my Ayurvedic cookbooks, I use this one the most. I've made almost every recipe in the book. Dr. and Mrs. Lad are living examples of the benefits of the Ayurvedic life style.
