Excellent quality paint book
DT's Painted House is a really great book with lots of good ideas.
The book is divided into three parts.
The first part gives you all the basic details to get you started. I really like the short-overview of each theme. It gives you info about what accessoires you could use and which colors are suitable. The master techniques given are easy to learn. Great!
Second part learns you easily how to finish walls and floors. Very good detailed descriptions. I really like the stone finishes; Sienna Marble.
Third part shows finishes for furniture, trim and accessories. Thumbs up for the antiquing furniture. It's easy and it looks absolutely fabulous.
Overall I am very pleased with the purchase of this book.

I expected more...
I was looking for a design idea for my house and I got a quick overview of detailed techniques. I didn't get a good idea of all of the techniques to use on a floor, what I'd need for vinyl..It is alright to look through.
