He discusses the risks in a very real way, giving new investors a "real world" perspective on fix and flip profits. Although the rewards of this type of real estate investing can be huge, its equally easy to lose a LOT of money. Bronchik gives you the basic tools to evaluate your project, plan your improvements, work with contractors, and exit the project. Definitely worth the investment, particularly if you are just starting out. Review #2 Legal Wiz at his bes I have read a lot of fix and flip books but this is the best. Review #3 Great overview A great introduction to the world of Real Estate Investing and flipping properties. Written as a great overview to the process and how to get started. This is a great book from one of my Mentor's.
