Review #1

Informative look into the sport of bodybuilding.

This is a good book for anyone who is just getting started in the sport of bodybuilding or who has been working out for a while without seeing bodybuilder-type results. The only downside to this book was that it didn't have enough images/charts for the exercises recommended or nutrition recommended. The majority of the images in the book are photo shots of professional bodybuilders; which I found inspiring, but not informative.

Review #2

A lot of info

Big book that has a lot of info regarding health and fitness for everyone not just a bodybuilder.

Review #3

Loaded with pictures but lacking in anything else

Its packed with pictures of the Pros and big names of bodybuilding at the time of writing but thats about it.

Its nutrition nutrition section consists of about 20 pages, 25% of which is pictures, which is poor considering that nutrition accounts for 75% of bodybuilding.

The is very general and does not cover specifics, it's just one glorified magazine.
