Standard Information
Seller was great! Information inside however was redundant to what you already read in magazines.
Not Impressed Basic Information
Basic information. These gals surely did not get these rock hard bodies based on the information/workouts/frequency of the book. If you are wanting to get into bodybuilding/reshaping, I would suggest seeking a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer so that you can get on a eating and workout plan based on your speicif body and what results are you seeking.
All Fluff and No Real Content
I bought this book because I'm a gym and fitness addict and also suscrible to Oxygen magazine which is a MuscleMag publication. I expected this book to provide some real information on women's fitness and bodybuilding. I was really disapointed to see that it was nothing more than pictures of fitness models and fitness competitors. All the topics covered in the book are only covered on a very, very superficial level. I did not learn a single thing that I didnt' already know. This book really isn't worth the money, in fact I ended up returning it and buying another bodybuidling book published by Human Kinetics.
