I've lived with CFS for years, and found this book to be very helpful. I've practiced yoga off and on for a long time so I knew about it's relaxing benefits. Reading this book reminded me that yoga exercises (the asanas and pranayama) can also be used to create energy and revive mind and body. I think anyone who'd like to have more energy would enjoy (and benefit from) this book. Yoga is a simple, fun way to get in touch with your body -- even when you're not feeling well.
